Lead Pastor Rob Brower [email protected] Pastor Rob and his wife, Daina, live in Tumwater. They have three biological children (Meghan, Trey, and Malcolm) and two bonus children (Yvette and Carl). Prior to this role, Pastor Rob spent 12 years as a Youth Pastor. He continues to speak at Regional and National Youth Conferences, and volunteers as a Young Life leader. Pastor Rob is the co-founder of Ministry Tools, LLC which creates practical AI-powered tools that help churches and ministry leaders save time, communicate clearly, and focus more fully on shepherding people and advancing the Gospel. |

Office Administrator / Women's Ministry Director Susan Johnson [email protected] Susan lives in Lacey and has been married to her college sweetheart, Mark, for over twenty years and is the proud mom of two daughters. She spent more than two decades teaching in private Christian schools and still enjoys subbing when she can. Susan loves animals, reading, movies, traveling with her family, and crafting – especially knitting scarves. |

Communications Director Shailee Berry [email protected] Shailee lives in Lacey, WA and is our Communications Director. She has a heart for serving in the church which she has been doing since the age of 19. Outside of work, Shailee enjoys traveling, reading, and engaging in local community events. |

Youth & Young Adults Director Amber Luzier [email protected] Amber and her husband, Taylor, live in Centralia, Washington, with their two boys. Amber has served as a youth director, worked in camping ministries, and supervised challenge and ropes courses. At their previous church, she was the children's ministry director and preschool director. Currently, Amber works for her family’s business, Perfect Temp, Inc., a local HVAC company. |

Worship Director Taylor Luzier [email protected] Taylor and his wife, Amber, live in Tumwater, Washington with their 2 boys. Taylor and Amber both served on the Worship Team at a previous church where Pastor Rob was serving as the Youth Pastor. Taylor works as the Assistant Pro at Capitol City Golf Club. |

Technical Team Lead Lucas Flores [email protected] Lucas has served on the South Sound Tech Team and has been an active member of South Sound Young Adults since 2020. In his spare time, he enjoys working out, playing softball, and refereeing volleyball games. |

Community Outreach Director Laura Lundin [email protected] Laura has served as the children's director at SSC from 2008 to 2022 but has always had a heart for community outreach. Married for 31 years to her loving husband, Loren, they have four children and one awesome grandchild. Laura is also a full-time real estate broker with Abbey Realty. |

Men's Ministry Director Rick Graham [email protected] Rick, a former Christian school principal, lives in Lacey, WA, with his wife, Jae. Rick and Jae have raised their 4 children as well as having hosted several international students. Once a competitive swimmer, Rick enjoys spending time with his grandchildren, and tackling projects around the house. |
